📄️ Unfinished Grading (Instructor)
The Unfinished Grading menu contains activities that have not yet been graded by the instructor.
📄️ Today's Event
This section contains Today’s Event, which includes Live Sessions. The Live Sessions displayed in Today’s Event are those scheduled to take place when the Instructor accesses the LMS.
📄️ Upcoming Event
This section contains Upcoming Events in the form of Live Sessions. The Live Sessions that appear in the Upcoming Events are those scheduled for future dates when the Instructor accesses the LMS.
📄 ️ List Courses Skills
On the dashboard section, there is a Course List that will be conducted by the instructor.
📄️ View Performance Learner Under per Courses
To View the Performance of Participants in each course, instructors can click View Details on the dashboard.
📄️ View Enrollment per Courses
To view the number of enrollments in a course, instructors can check the Enrolled section on the dashboard. Instructors can see the details of participants in the course by clicking the number of participants in the Enrolled column.
📄️ Description & Overview
This section contains information about the class description, skill coverage, learning provider, and instructor for this course.
📄️ Content Material
This section contains the topics to be covered, comprising learning materials across multiple sessions. It includes the following types of content:
📄️ Article
This content contains material in the form of an article. If the instructor wants to provide reading material in the form of an article to the participants, it can be uploaded in this Article content.
📄️ Assignment
This section will display the assignments that participants need to complete. It will show the assignment questions along with the start date and the submission deadline.
📄️ Discussion
In this section, you can create discussion questions for each session, which students will answer and may receive grades for.
📄️ Document
To access the Document containing the Presentation Materials, you can click on the Document in the Session under the Course Content. The materials can be viewed in full screen by clicking the Show button.
📄️ Youtube
This section contains content in the form of YouTube videos. You can also open the video directly on YouTube by clicking the Copy Link in the top-right corner of the video (as shown in the image).
📄️ Offline Class
The Offline Class feature is used for attendance tracking in offline or face-to-face learning sessions.
📄️ Live Session (Other)
In this Live Session, you as the instructor and all participants will conduct a live session using platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
📄️ Live Session (Pintar)
In the Live Session, you as the instructor and all participants will participate in a real-time session using Jitsi. The session will be conducted based on the schedule agreed upon by the instructor and participants.
📄️ Video
This section contains content in the form of Video. You can open the video display in full screen and can also set the resolution of the video displayed.
📄️ Quiz
On this Quiz interface, the instructor can view information such as the number of quiz questions, quiz duration, minimum quiz score, and the grading method used.
📄️ Grade
This menu contains all participants' scores in the course.
📄️ Notes
Notes can be used as markers when you access the materials. You can add notes to any available material by entering your notes in the Add Notes field and then clicking Save Notes.
📄️ Comment
Unlike the Notes feature, which is specific to each individual user, the Comments feature allows all users to leave feedback on the video displayed in the learning session.
📄️ Forum
In this menu, it serves as a place for Instructors and Participants to discuss the class.
📄️ Offline Class (summary all offline class in that courses)
This menu contains all courses conducted offline or in-person.
📄️ Submitted Assignment
The Submitted Assignment menu is used to view participants' task answers. This menu is useful for checking participants' task submissions. You can also grade participants' tasks in this menu.
